Neurology is often considered a complex and difficult specialty. Many veterinary practitioners feel therefore not confident when they must assess neurology patients. This course is aimed at first opinion veterinary clinicians who don’t feel comfortable with neurology. We will discuss a general approach to neurology patients in practice, followed by an approach to common clinical presentations. This course will focus on the principles of clinical reasoning and diagnostic tests available in a first-opinion clinical setting.
